PROCESSING TIME
Every order placed through the LAVIDERIC store — including all clothing purchases — is made to order specifically for each customer.
Because of this:

All products go through a rigorous quality screening to ensure they meet our standards before shipping.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed, it will ship within:

ORDERS
WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?
All orders placed on our store are immediately charged in full at checkout.
Some banks may show a pending authorization hold for up to 7 business days until the charge fully processes.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT — WHAT DO I DO?

After reviewing the photos:

Once the item is received, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.
We are unable to replace or refund items that have been worn, washed, or used.
Issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
MY ORDER ARRIVED INCOMPLETE

Refunds or reshipments for missing items are available within 30 days of delivery.
ITEM APPEARS DIFFERENT THAN THE PHOTO

However, pre-order photos may differ slightly from final production to ensure product quality.

REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PURCHASES
All digital music sales are final and non-refundable.
We cannot refund the portion of any order containing digital files.

Due to copyright restrictions, digital downloads are not available outside the U.S. unless otherwise noted.
LIMITED EDITION ITEMS
If a limited edition order is returned to our warehouse due to a shipping error:
